My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms had everything I needed and were clean and safe, they were not as well-equipped as shown in the pictures, with broken drawers and fridge drawers. The location on Calle 50, at the northern edge of the tourist area, was tolerable for the price but definitely needs an upgrade. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, offering a peaceful stay despite being on a busy street.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were okay, but they had everything I needed, even a little electric cooker. The receptionist, Italia Rodea, was always willing to answer questions and help. Unfortunately, the dirty sheet in my room was a big letdown, and the neighbors playing loud music until 4 am was quite bothersome.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a nice bathroom and little kitchenette that had a good view and provided everything we needed. However, some drawers were broken, and the fridge drawers were tiny. The location is a bit bizarre in the middle of shelters and a poor neighborhood, yet close to everything on 5th Ave. The service was excellent, along with tours and ticket assistance. The dining experience included French pastries. Overall, the facilities were basic but satisfactory.

However, the ambience was basic and clean, close to everything but a bit bizarre in the surroundings.
